Justin Pearson

1SG(R) Justin Pearson has been a Vice President of Business Development at Armed Forces Mutual Life since December 2020. As a VP of Business Development, he oversees the development of business relationships with like-minded organizations to develop new channels for membership awareness and growth.
Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from Columbia Southern University. He has also completed a variety of marketing certifications. Additionally, he has completed 20 years of training and certifications from his military experience.
Justin and his wife, Kera, live in Front Royal, V.A. with their two dogs, Hope and Mashed Potato. They enjoy the outdoors, gardening, and giving back through personal-service. Together, they built a Patriotic Apparel brand that conducts no-cost teambuilding & wellness events for Veterans in the community.
Justin served in the Army for 20 years, starting as an Airborne Infantryman and ending as a Recruiting Manager. He had a combat tour in Afghanistan where he earned the Bronze Star. Justin brings over a wealth of knowledge focused in marketing and building strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Armed Forces Mutual, he served in Talent Acquisition at a Fortune 30 company.
