Armed Forces Mutual is looking for a personable, experienced, performance-driven individual to sell our life insurance products as part of our in-house call-center sales team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume inside sales organization with a deeply-rooted culture of performance and achievement, where success is recognized and rewarded.

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from highly interested potential policy holders.
  • Reach out to current and prospective policy holders regarding Armed Forces Mutual’s life insurance products and/or follow up with existing applicants regarding outstanding items.
  • Work with current and prospective members/insureds to understand their insurance needs and uncover current and future opportunities.
  • Review existing members’ insurance holdings and recommend potential changes.
  • Develop, maintain and expand relationships by promoting Armed Forces Mutual’s products and services to prospective and existing members/insureds.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven ability to close business and achieve sales goals, develop new business and new relationships.
  • Motivated, customer-focused, goal-oriented, performance-driven.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, call center environment with well-defined performance expectations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills.

AAFMAA Mortgage Services LLC (AMS) is looking for military-oriented professionals with superb attention to detail to join our growing team of Military Mortgage Advisors, also known in the mortgage industry as Mortgage Loan Originators or Loan Officers.

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Originate residential mortgage loans to current and prospective Armed Forces Mutual members.
  • Develop and grow relationships with real estate professionals, homebuilders, and other referral sources to generate qualified mortgage leads.
  • Maintain a broad and current understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, pricing strategies, and industry standards.
  • Deliver superlative customer service to our servicemember and Veteran customers/Members.
  • Engage in local community activities/organizations to develop new business and grow awareness of AMS in your market.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Current mortgage license or ability to get licensed before hire.
  • 1-3 years lending experience and knowledge of various mortgage loan products is preferred, but not mandatory - we provide training and guidance to teach you the mortgage business.
  • Sales and customer service skills and desire to help the military community build, buy, or refinance a home.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products and overall comfort with technology.
  • Capacity to work independently, be self-motivated and adapt well to change.

AWMT is looking for engaging, motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to join our team as Relationship Managers.

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Develop, expand, and retain client relationships; manage delivery of wealth management solutions that help our clients realize their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Develops, maintains and expands relationships by actively promoting our services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Possesses knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and trust services to suggest services to new clients and expand services provided to existing clients.
  • Meets with clients and prospects to discuss their needs, uncover current and future opportunities, and recommend a full range of service solutions.
  • As the focal point for AWMT client engagement, coordinates delivery of service solutions with AWMT financial planners, investment officers, account administrators, and others.
  • Represents AWMT in the community by actively developing referral sources and centers of influence.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and new relationships within military and business communities.
  • Ability to make decisions to recommend services to new and existing relationships. Strong interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills. Willing to work as team member.
  • Strong technical skills in financial and trust planning, including asset allocation.
  • Military service and/or strong knowledge of military and government benefits, a plus.
  • Certification in a related fiduciary field such as CTFA preferred.
